Monika Chimiak – attorney-at-law, Polish and European patent attorney, professional representative before the Unified Patent Court (UPC), and professional representative before the EUIPO. Chair of the Committee on the Unitary Patent and the Appellate Disciplinary Court of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys (PIRP), member of the PIRP Examination Committee and the Industrial Property Law Regulation Committee. Lecturer in the patent attorney training program, member of AIPPI and the EPI Professional Education Committee (PCC). Co-founder and Secretary of the Management Board of the Polish Anti-Counterfeiting Association (PACA).
