
Monika Witkowska – advocate, patent attorney and professional representative before EUIPO; founder of the Industrial Property Law Section at the Warsaw Bar Association (District Bar Council in Warsaw), currently serving as Honorary Chair of the Section; member of the Image Committee of the Warsaw Bar Association and a lecturer at the advocate training programme. She also delivers training courses at the IP Centre in Kraków.
In recent years, she has held various positions within the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys, including Chair of the Disciplinary Court and Chair of the Programme Council responsible for reforming the patent attorney training programme. From 2021 to 2025, she served as Chair of the Apprenticeship Committee and as a member of the National Council of the Polish Chamber of Patent Attorneys.
She is a member of international organisations such as INTA and ECTA and is active in the ECTA Programme Committee. In October 2024, she was appointed—on behalf of the National Bar Council—to the Quality Advisory Panel at the Polish Patent Office.
